Welcome to Total Control Management. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our parking platform, including our website, mobile services, and communications (collectively, the "Service"). By using our Service, including providing your phone number for SMS updates, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Use of Service

• You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes related to parking reservations.
• You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent/guardian to use the Service.

2. SMS Communication

• By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to your booking, such as:
• Booking confirmations and updates
• Access PINs for entry and exit
• Renewal reminders and links
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier.
• You can opt-out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message, but this may limit access to certain booking features.

3. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Payment must be completed to confirm your reservation.
• Prices and fees are subject to change and may vary by location and time.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the reservation start time to be eligible for a refund.
• No-shows or late cancellations may not be eligible for refunds.

5. Access PINs and Security

• Access PINs provided via SMS are confidential and must not be shared.
• You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your account or with your PIN.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of property in the parking facility.
• The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind.

7. Modifications

• We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
